The SFC fulfills its statutory responsibilities with regard to the implementation of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and some Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinances related to the Hong Kong stock market. These regulations contain the relevant functions and responsibilities of the SFC.
